Saturn Says: The Greatest Rewards Follow the Deepest Commitments
Looking back over my now 30+ year career, I can see with divine clarity that my greatest coaches, teachers, mentors and guides were the people willing to be honest with me when I was failing to live into my potential. While their big truths and reality-checks didn’t always taste great going down 🥴, their unflinching honesty - their unwillingness to indulge my immaturity or play along with my excuses - was among the greatest medicine & most formative experiences of my life.
Over the last three months my inbox & DMs have received a record number of requests for help, so much so that I wanted to make a little PSA today. Mind you, these aren't individuals I'm presently working with inside my programs, containers, or guide family --- these requests are overwhelmingly from acquaintances, strangers or people that I've done stuff for in the past.
A brief sampling:
A request to promote their event, workshop, or retreat (literally many dozens of these - many of which have little to no relevance to me or my community)
A request to ‘pick my brain’ and coach them on XYZ (ditto)
Oddly demanding requests for time, attention and to 'explain' or justify myself
Requests for attention so I could teach them how to build a community
Demands for professional introductions, sources, referrals, references, and various & sundry other access so they can leverage them for their own program (literally dozens of these, too)
Requests to market them, get on podcasts, and so on. And on, and on. 🫠
Every single one of these requests - easily topping 100+ over the last three months - arrived with zero "How can I support you in return for your help?" - or - "Hey, do you have space for me right now?" - or - "May I invest in a personal coaching session?" -or - "How are things going for you right now, anything I can offer or do to help you in exchange as well?"
Fam, with all love, here is what you need to understand as a professional in any industry right now.
Last Friday, Saturn entered Aries, initiating a brand-new cycle for the next 2.5 years with a clarion call TO STEP UP and STAND UP on your own foundation. With all the love, if you are still waiting for someone to save you - asking others to do for you things you aren't willing to do yourself - this transit is going to be the deepest humbling of a lifetime, brought to you by divine initiative.
From here on out, it is a time of GROUNDED INITIATIVE - self-responsibility, accountability, maturation, and disciplined action. A time to drop entitlement, set aside blame or excuses, and make a commitment to build something lasting. To be responsible for your own energy, aware of your emotions, and the impact you’re having on the people and world around you. To begin taking your life seriously, to make your time count. Instead of asking someone to do things for you from a place of entitlement and lack, INVEST in yourself to acquire the skills, access and training you need to get to where you want to go. Connect with others in the spirit of invitation and partnership, not pressuring obligation.
Saturn’s offer is this: Show me you’re serious, and I’ll show you what you’re capable of.
Out: Victim-consciousness. Whining. Pontificating. Judging others. Perpetual outrage. Blaming your mom. Blaming your ex. Blaming Joe Biden. Submission. Waving your hands & fists in outrage while doing nothing of practical meaning or helpful consequence. Cutting corners. Constantly worrying about what others are doing, especially what they’re doing for you. Waiting for external circumstances or validation to change your reality. Riding on another’s coattails and efforts not your own.
In: Servant-leadership. Sovereignty. Empowerment of self + other. Getting busy employing your hands & fists in building a new world. Doing your thing with joy, passion and the unbridled freedom of creation. Inspiring - not enabling - others. Following through. Being willing to face your life and choices with honesty, integrity & accountability. Risking being uncomfortable - sacrificing safety and smallness - in order to grow. Taking the wheel of your own life with faith, passion, pluck and inspired action.
We just had 2.5 years of Dreaming - this week we stepped across the threshold to a new time of Doing.
I have learned (repeatedly) from my guide and sacred earth medicines that, at times, their lack of response - their silence - is the most powerful communication there is --- it is, in their way, asking US what are we bringing to the table? How are we showing up? What are we DOING to actually honor our commitments and bring our dreams to life? Are we growing up - or are we staying comfortable, remaining immature and expecting the medicine to do all the work for us?
This is what life is asking of all of us right now.

Over eighty years ago, clairvoyant Edgar Cayce prophesied about February 2026 and Saturn's entrance into Aries as "The Day the Foundations Crack: The day old structures crumble, the day responsibility finds you whether you're ready or not."
This next 2.5 years is a ONCE IN A GENERATION event that will forge many amazing service-oriented, life-giving, lasting creations and practices, but you must step up, grow up, take responsibility and own your self-leadership to receive the immense rewards of this time & transit.
Divine forces, the ancestors, and the natural world are here to support us and await our answer — Will we accept the challenge?
