✨ There is a quiet magic in this inward, restorative Solstice moment... a time to nourish, dream and slowly tend your mind, body & spirit in preparation for the spring to come. Personally my practice has been cultivating safety & softness - essential trust & consistent connection with the more-than-human world - so that I can carry those elements throughout what promises to be a transformative year ahead.
Commitment. Devotion. Sincerity. Winter is the perfect season to plant sturdy roots and dedicate ourselves to what is replenishing, essential, true & lasting - the deeper the roots, the taller the tree - and 2024 will be a year of incredible expansion and creativity in our lives if we nurture a solid foundation this winter season.

Thanks to our brand new international partners & collaborators - many of whom you'll be meeting in the months ahead! - we are now able to support international students from over 30+ countries including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada and the European Union. 🗺️
One of the greatest gifts of our microdosing community has been connecting bright lights & spirits from all across the United States in the common practice of growth, healing and personal expansion. Connecting across geography and generations, republics and religious lines helps us to remember: There are no lines. We are innately, intimately interconnected in our shared humanity, and one of the greatest antidotes to the forces of fear, polarization, greed and division is coming together in the spirit of love, generosity and the planet we share. This is the ultimate Resistance and medicine for our society.
